– To ensure daily operations of the Service OfficeEnsure cleaners are doing their job
– Photostat machine is functioning well
– All equipment, fitting and furniture are in good condition and functioning properly
– To prepare and update all social media platforms
– To prepare quotations and conduct viewing at the site
– To attend to all complaints from customers and users
– To prepare monthly management meeting slides
– Diploma or Degree holder in related discipline.
– On-the-job training will be provided.
– Aggressive with good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Experienced in administration work and computer savvy
– Hard-working with a pleasant personality.
– Able to converse fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
