Internship for E-Commerce

Job Description

• Process the daily order from official webstore and online marketplaces and support the major year-end campaign;
• Assist the team in customer relationship management including Live Chat and improve the customer satisfactions;
• Assist the team to work out the marketing proposal and conduct the market intelligence;
• Assist the team using digital tactics / tools for implementation to enhance the webshop performance.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business studies
• Team player and work independently;
• Able to work multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines;
• Good spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin;
• Minimum 3-6 months internship period;
• Candidates must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
