Job Description

What do you need to do?

• Acting as a brand ambassador for the Company to greet and welcome all walk-in customers enthusiastically.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best Dyson Product that can benefit and delight them.
• Ensure that every customer you serve has a good shopping experience visiting Dyson Demo.
• Demonstrate to customers with passion and professionalism on how each Dyson product work.
• Assist customers in product inquiries, sales purchases, and other after-sales-related services.
• Manage and ensure all merchandise displays are in tip-top condition at all times.
• Work as a team member to help to ensure an optimal level of inventory in store and assist to replenish them when necessary.
